Our mission
We exist to democratise real estate wealth creation for Nigerian investors. For too long, high-quality property investment has been locked behind large capital requirements and interest-bearing structures that put the bank's interests ahead of the investor's.
Through equity co-ownership, we allow investors to participate in premium Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt properties from as little as ₦500,000 — with full transparency, clear documents, and no mortgage on the buildings.

Our principles
Why equity co-ownership
We built Abdubel around direct equity ownership because it aligns the platform's interests with yours. We earn when you earn.
No bank debt on buildings
Every property is acquired outright by its special-purpose company. There is no interest-bearing mortgage that could erode investor returns or put the asset at risk.
One company per asset
Each property sits in its own ring-fenced SPV. Your investment in one property is completely separate from every other property on the platform.
Transparent fee structure
Platform fee of 2% on investment. Annual management fee of 1% of asset value. Full fee schedule provided before you invest. No hidden charges.

Abdubel Properties is building the platform to meet the requirements of Nigeria's securities laws and crowdfunding rules.
SEC Framework
We are building the platform to meet the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria under the SEC Crowdfunding Rules. All offerings will be filed before going live.
One company per asset
Every property sits in its own special-purpose company. Investor capital is ring-fenced from the platform and from other properties.
Debt-free buildings
Properties are acquired without interest-bearing loans. The building is owned outright by the SPV on behalf of investors.
Investor protection
Investor funds are held in a segregated escrow account and only released to the property SPV upon successful funding. In the event of a failed raise, funds are returned in full.
Quarterly reporting
Every investor receives quarterly distribution statements and an annual performance report. All financials are independently audited.
KYC & AML
All investors complete full KYC verification including BVN validation and identity checks, in compliance with NFIU anti-money laundering guidelines.
